Ways to learn
Small-group classes
Aerial hoop in a home studio in Pembrokeshire, in groups of three or four so you get plenty of time on the hoop. Floor conditioning between turns.
Private & duo lessons
Focused sessions built around your goals, whether that's your first inversion or polishing a routine.
Courses & intensives
Multi-week beginner courses and weekend intensives, some in community halls across West Wales. New dates announced on Instagram.
Workshops
Taster workshops, holiday and half-term circus sessions, and private workshops for groups, parties and celebrations.
Classes in Welsh
Emba is a fluent Welsh speaker. Any class or workshop can run in Welsh or bilingually.
No experience needed
Everyone starts somewhere. Classes are built around where you are, not where you think you should be.
The approach
A space where you're in charge of your body
Emba teaches with a trauma-informed, consent-led approach, shaped by her degree research into making circus a safe, empowering way to express and work through what we carry, and by ACE trauma-informed practice training.

Good to know
Before your first class
What should I wear?
Leggings that cover the backs of your knees and a fitted top that covers your armpits. Hoops can pinch bare skin. No jewellery.
Who are classes for?
Adults and young people. Get in touch about ages and the best class for you.
Where are they?
Weekly classes are in Pembrokeshire. You'll get the address when you book. Courses and workshops run across Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion.
